Provision of Project Management support solutions to World Vision-Uganda. CRB was contracted to provide consultancy services into the design of Ferro Cement Water Tanks and Project Management solutions to World Vision (U) under “The Kyalulangira Livelihood Support Project, Rakai – Kooki Cluster; WVU/WRKS/011-2012/123”. At CRB, routine project supervision is a task we give adequate attention to. For this matter, a project supervisor works hand-in-hand or closely with the contractor. This promotes TQM at the construction site.
Support to Government
CRB teams have supported the Government;
- To carry out technical audits in various infrastructure components in the Country
- To monitor and evaluate infrastructure projects on behalf of Government
- To carry out quality assessment of newly built government concrete structures with use of Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) and rebound/Schmidt hammer equipment
- To provide project management solutions in the construction of selected infrastructure on different programs for various ministries
